Possibility of short stays (2 nights), week-ends; 2 weeks, month.
Ideal for couples of friends and families.

1 night 4 pers. min. 100,00 max. 120,00
All utilities are included in the prize and all the linen.
Final cleaning: from € 30,00 to € 50,00.
Weekly maid service with linen and towel change can be provided on request for over 1-week stays (€ 30,00).
Upon arrival guests are required to pay a caution deposit (€ 250,00) that will be returned at time of departure after inspecting the general condition of the apartment.
In case your reservation will be cancelled less than 10 days before your arrival, we will withhold the whole amount of the caution.
Check in / Check out
You are requested to inform us about your arrive and to leave us your mobile number.
Check in is from 3.30 to 9.00 pm. The check in time can be re-scheduled depending on your needs and on our disponibility.
You must check out by 10.30am.
On confirmation 1 night deposit is required; the balance due should be paid up on receiving the keys.
